Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of mobile applications published by LyuPro (“we”, “us”, or “our”) on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By downloading or using any of our apps, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our apps, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the applicable platform’s terms (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app or its systems

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Subscription plans

Some of our apps offer premium features through subscription plans (weekly, monthly, or yearly). Available plans and pricing are displayed within each app.

3.2 Billing

• All payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, not directly by us
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• Your payment method will be charged through your Apple ID or Google account

3.3 Free trials

Some apps offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.

3.4 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

• iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• Android: Google Play Store > Subscriptions

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

3.5 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. Please contact the platform directly for refund inquiries.

4. AI-Powered Features

Some of our apps include features powered by artificial intelligence (AI). By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• No professional advice: AI-generated content is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute professional, medical, financial, legal, or any other type of advice
• Accuracy not guaranteed: AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. Always verify important information independently
• Third-party processing: data you submit to AI features may be processed by a third-party AI service provider. This data is used solely to generate the requested output and is not used for model training
• Your responsibility: you are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content

5. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create or enter into our apps (notes, records, images, text). We do not claim ownership of your content.

Your content is stored locally on your device. We do not access, view, or share your content, except when you explicitly use a feature that requires external processing (such as AI features).

6. Intellectual Property

Our apps, including their design, code, graphics, and content (excluding user content), are owned by LyuPro and protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

7. Disclaimers

Our apps are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Any defects will be corrected
• The results obtained from using the apps will be accurate or reliable

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LyuPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our apps.

Our total liability for any claim related to our apps shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app or subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our apps at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

You may stop using our apps at any time by uninstalling them from your device.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

For material changes, we will notify you through an in-app notice or app update.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
